Originally established by Andrea M. Chapman, an accomplished litigator and U.S. Navy veteran, the firm quickly earned a reputation as Fresno County’s premier lifestyle law firm. Andrea’s extensive background in real estate, business litigation, and construction law set the foundation for the firm’s unique, resolution-focused model; one that prioritizes effective advocacy without unnecessary complexity or inflated egos.

A Meaningful Evolution

As the firm grew, so did its scope and its leadership. In 2025, Zena Sin-Zaragoza, a talented and tenacious litigator, joined as a named partner, marking the firm’s official transition to Chapman Zaragoza, LLP. Zena’s experience, particularly in high-stakes litigation and her commitment to ethical advocacy, brought a new level of depth to the firm’s practice.
